In 1918 Fredrich Charles of Hesse was nominate to be King of the New Kingdom of Finland but as a result of Germany's losing the war it came to nought. However, lets say that in early 1918 the move went through and Fredrich Charles becomes the first King of Finland. He spends the next few months organizing his country and building the army so that it would be able to defend the country.
King Fredrich I attempts to win support for his country from two of his neighbors-Denmark and Sweden and is successful in that. Yet the question was could the whites win the civil war and if not how much of the expansion would Finland try to keep.
