The Axis invasion of Yugoslavia resulted in Yugoslavia being overwhelmed by Germany, Hungary and Italy as well as the Axis Occupation of Yugoslavia which ended in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia being torn apart by members of the Axis. The Yugoslav government-in-exile was established in London under King Peter II as Yugoslavia's Army and Navy were reformed in Egypt - the 1st Battalion, Royal Yugoslav Guards was the first to be formed and consisted of 4-5 rifle companies of mostly ex-Italian Slovenes.

What would be needed for more units of the Royal Yugoslav Army (and other parts of the Yugoslav Armed Forces) to be formed in exile? Could the "Free Yugoslav Forces" participate in the liberation of Yugoslavia if the WAllies decided for an Allied landing in the Balkans?
