What if the GOP ticket in 2000 had been Congressman and HUD Secretary Jack Kemp and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge?

I imagine they'd win Pennsylvania but lose West Virginia and Tennessee, as it was a lot of creativity on Rove's part that saw the Bush campaign spending money in those two states.

Do you think they'd hold onto Florida? Also what sort of POD would lead to Kemp over Bush, are you thinking maybe he becomes baseball commissioner instead of governor?
