Correction thread title should read
" pakistan controls all of Kashmir"
My apologies

Let's say the events of 1947 proceed as in OTL
with the exception that Pakistan army pre-empts maharaja decision by invading and occupying kashmir before india could react.Similarly india swallows up Hyderabad and J&M states as in OTL

So by 1948 , Pakistan is in complete control of J &K state
How will this affect Pakistan internal politics?
Relationship with india ?
Future wars between two neighbors?
Present situation politically and economically of J &K

Economically Jammu and Kashmir can only be better since it avoids being split in two and having an insurgency in one half. Pakistani internal politics will probably be more stable, although to what extent it improves can vary greatly. The problem of East Pakistan will still exist and could end in a number of ways - independence like OTL with war and Indian assistance to Bangladesh, negotiated independence, federalization, confederalization, status quo, etc. Relations with India honestly can't be any worse than OTL. If anything, they might be better, because while India may still claim the territory there won't be any terrorism in India with connections to Pakistan. So the 1965 war wouldn't happen, but something like the 1971 war over Bangladesh could potentially happen depending on the situation in East Pakistan. Pakistan might not end up allying with China though.

^ indian attempts to take J&K ?
Pakistan had better access to Kashmir valley than India did, but they are not realistically getting other bits like Jammu.
Jammu and Kashmir were barely connected in those days, so Pakistani presence in Kashmir does not mean that India has lost Jammu.
No Indian government would ever let Jammu go.
