Early this year a series of debates that I was heavily involved in prompted me to write this article for Wikipedia concerning Japanese plans and preparations for a war against the Soviet Union, particularly their mobilization for an offensive effort in the latter part of 1941 (plan Kantokuen) as an info dump and a reference page for anyone who might be interested in the subject. A couple months ago I posted this link on another forum but didn't get much of a response. Since this is an article for an encyclopedia, it's supposed to be as accurate and balanced as possible in order for the reader to obtain a clear understanding. What do you think of it? What needs work, what should be changed, etc ?
