Kalmar Union survive to today

Remove the disagreements between the King and the danish nobles, and the Swedish Noble and Merchant Houses

The disargeements were basicly (if simplisticly) that the King and the Danes wanted to war in Northern Germany (due to true and precieved claims on everything north of Elbe to ~Wittenberge and directly east from there), Sweden wanted somewhere to trade their iron ore

Not impossible, but hard. The Kalmar Union was basically a Danish Empire. Swedish and Norwegian interests and issues were ignored. The Norwegians were too weak to do anything about it, but Sweden not revolting and seceding would be very hard to pull of.

The Kalmar Union was basically three autonomous states with their own governing bodies and civil institutions, united by a single monarch with limited prerogatives. Rather than welding them together, the monarch was essentially trying to ride three horses at once and praying desperately that they would not gallop off in different directions, as they were wont to do.

Not impossible, but hard, and contingent upon a major effort to continually align all interests, and the development of common institutions besides the rather limited monarch.
