Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg is one of the most popular Alternate History mods in Hearts of Iron III, Darkest Hour, and Hearts of Iron IV. It has a deep an established lore where the central powers emerge victorious with a formal peace treaty occurring in 1921. The game starts with the players in 1936 (at least in the Hearts of Iron IV version that I play in).

The PoD is that Germany does not resume unrestricted submarine warfare (and presumably send the famous telegram), hence the United States stays out of the war. There is a a lot of lore to the Kaiserreich universe, far too much to say in a single thread. To refresh yourselves on the lore, take a look at the Kaiserreich wiki which would explain the universe far better than I ever could:

Can this route actually lead to a Central Powers victory? Or would it result in a stalemate, or even worse, a prolonged defeat of the Central Powers? You guys decide and discuss it civilly in the comments section.

DISCLAIMER: PLEASE DISCUSS NOTHING BUT THE LORE OF KAISERREICH AND WHETHER IT COULD REALLY HAPPEN. DO NOT GO OFF TOPIC AND DISCUSS CONSPIRACIES OR OTHER OFF-TOPIC THINGS. THIS HAS HAPPENED IN MY OTHER THREADS AND I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN HERE!

I hate that I have to say this.

"ASB" means "impossible without intervention from external omnipotent forces", so no, Kaiserreich is not "ASB".

I'm saying in the PoD, when it happens in 1917, is possible to give the CP victory needed, or if the Central Powers were doomed in 1917 and destined to fall, no matter what happens, hence the ASB thing.

I'd also like a detailed explanation other than no.

Again, I'll repeat myself.

It is physically possible for the Central Powers to win the war if the United States never join the war. Maybe not necessarily like in KR, what with the war going on until 1921 and all four of the Entente majors getting engulfed in communist revolution, but physically possible nonetheless. Hence, not ASB.

I'm pretty sure you AH buffs of all people should know that few things are "destined" in history.
