So, I'm playing kaiserredux to check their russia to do a post here

While that post doesn't come, I gonna show a battle that I'm quite proud of the way it is progressing

I had success in the takeover of Prussia until I reached the oder and then the germans succesfully stopped me dead there since we had similar numbers and thei just had a massive defensive bonuses due the forrest and the river. Since my tanks are not ready I decided to concentrate a doomstack in Stettin and to attack there with naval support, and the result is this beautifully executed operation where my level 5 general fights their level 5 general with naval, air and multiple directions bonuses in my side.

So, I played 100 hours of the Russian rework mod, and it is epic, really. I like the elections, I like the authoritarian routes, in general they are well fleshed apart from the totalist soviet routes since they don't have a unique flavour for each one yet, and all share the same economic tree. I kept a safe distance from the other KX content, you don't need to worry about my mental health.

What's the rework like in that submod? I don't think I've ever looked into it.

Basically you get a ton of new routes for Russia and the normal ones get expanded.

For example, you can elect the conservatives and follow the rules of the democratic system, restore the monarchy via a plebiscite and get your happy ending.

You can also elect the socialists and don't try to form the USSR and make a Democratic socialist Russian republic.

You can also go overboard and elect the conservatives, side with the oligarchs under Felix Yusopov, make a republican coalition and prop up the oligarchs, ban trade unions and make Putin's Russia in the 1930s.

All routes are well fleshed, but the diplomacy moves are pretty much the same for all of them, this it is repetitive in this part.

There was a Russia rework for main KR in the works at one point. Is that dead?

That's good. Considering how central Russia is to the 2nd Weltkreig the fact it's tree is so basic compared to all the other majors is a real problem.
