Yep, it was Germany who made the Zhilli restore their own monarchy. The monarchists probably won't even have their own tree...

IIRC, a Monarchist Korea would use a modified version of the authoritarian republic's tree.
He's too much of a war criminal, and his focuses were pretty damn nasty even by KX standards. Red Flood is also cutting Goebbels IIRC, but mostly because they feel he's just too edgy.
If anyone's interested, this was the tree in question that was cut. What I hear is that this was apparently too edgy for even the KX dev team.
Also, I do like them noting that Kim Gu has been busy killing off his rivals. I respect the man a lot, but he was no stranger to doing such dirty business in real life. Then again, you have to be one to be a successful guerrilla leader.

Huey at least ostensibly retains a level of local democracy, and he's going to oppose the military being overtly involved with politics, so a VERY slight balance for Huey.
In a scenario where the Third International and friends rolled all 20s, how do you see the organization developing in the aftermath as divisions between the various strains of socialism in the 3I and allies develop? I personally headcanon that it devolves into basically a United Nations equivalent with a red coat of paint in such a scenario.

Well, given how the extreme left constantly squabbles with each other and looks for "party line evaders" and "traitors" in their ranks - I doubt that they will be able to create an effective analogue of the UN or a global alliance.
If you look at the real experience with the Internationals, and then with the Soviet sphere, then you can predict that in the 50s the victorious syndicalists-totalists-rad.socialists will disperse into different blocs and possibly even be at enmity with each other.
I would suggest that the Asian left will go the path of totalism (Commune of Bharata, for example), the European left is classic syndicalism, and the Combined Syndicates of America will most likely retain some continuity from the old US and be social democratic.
I mean, the UN is a largely ineffectual entity often used to send "strongly-worded telegrams", so the 3I devolving into a "Red UN" in a world where they rolled all 20s isn't that far-fetched to me.
