How would World War 2 and interwar years go if Germany won ww1? How would ww2 start and happen? What would be the lead up? Who will be involved and on what sides? Could ww2 even happen if Germany wins ww1.

Wouldn’t a defeated France get completely stomped if they try to fight Germany again? France had to depend on other powers in both wars in otl. Would France become dependent or obedient to Germany over time and be forced to bend to them? If ww1 goes much as otl until the end could Germany not just take some colonies from France but also make it a puppet(while still retaining a good bit of colonies). Maybe put a semi-constitutional monarchy in place under a Bourbon monarch or whatever puppet government they see fit?

Could Russia come back as a threat especially if the Soviets still win? The years right after the war will likely be chaotic in the east. I’m not sure how long or the efforts Germany would go through to protect some of its puppets after the war out east if the Soviets decide to try to take them. I know Soviets made agreements with the Germans but they might disregard that if they think Germany is too drain to fight or protest it. I’m pretty sure the Soviets moving into Baltic or Polish puppets means war with Germany but Cossack and other puppets I’m not sure how committed they would be to protecting them with maybe the exception of the Ukraine. Could the Soviets take some of the smaller puppets before trying to move into Ukraine where the Germans demand them to stop any further expansion or face war? Would Germany let Belarus, Cossacks, and those puppets go? Could Ukraine be turned into a Russian South Korea by the Germans? Germany might have a hard time trying to help the white armies against the Soviets directly after the war especially with the large amount of land they are now occupying. Could they decide to make Ukraine a state under a Russian/German monarch who claims rulership over all of Russia but only controls Ukraine after an unofficial peace is made?

What happens to nations like Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Greece, or the Balkan region? How does things go for Austria-Hungary? To make it interesting you can have Italy and US be neutral if you think it helps the pod. What happens to the Ottomans if their war goes as otl? Would they even be given anything if the British beat them? Could Britain use its victory over the Ottomans as leverage and damage control? Britain peaces out with Germany but on a negotiated peace? Things between Germany and Britain go back to status quo? They give back any land taken from each other while agreeing to respect each other gains elsewhere? Britain demands Congo and for Germany to allow them to deal with the Ottomans how they see fit? Britain takes it otl gains from the Ottomans plus otl French ones? Maybe even go the full mile and partition Ottomans like originally plan? Britain controls Middle East which blocks German expansion there and they also can build the cape to Cairo railroad in Africa. Would Britain try something like this so they can at least depict it as a partial victory to the public who would probably be more upset if Britain didn’t get anything in this conflict?

Britain still has the blockade against Germany but neither side could truly take great action against each other directly. French and Russian defeat limits the Britain greatly in mainland Europe and Germany can’t really attack the British homeland. If Italy still joins the war as otl would Britain prevent the central powers from taking anything from Italy since they have already taken a lot? If the central powers try to push for more from Italy could the Brits threaten blockade against the Austrians and moving the former western front troops to Italy? What about Japan?

With both sides are pretty drained by the end of the war does that mean the after treaty and negotiations can go variety of ways? Wouldn’t a treaty in this situation be mostly Germany and Britain deciding the post war world together? Basically they haggle and argue until agreement is reached? Would Britain and Germany be in a proxy like conflict for the first few years after the war? Would you see a lot of international incidents between both sides which usually ends with a bit of editing or revising to post war treaties? Britain gets mad at Germany still having troops occupying France and Belgium after the war while Germany gets mad about continued blockade? Would you have a situation where both the UK and Germany almost end the armistice or go back to war with each other but due to issues at home and war fatigue both sides eventually come to agreement?
