GREAT WAR OVER; CENTRAL POWERS VICTORIOUS

Last evening, merely six days since Kaiser Wilhelm's troops stormed Paris following a two week siege, Prime Minister David Lloyd George (along with the remaining Allied Powers) publicly signed an armistice with the Central Powers, effectively ending the Great War in the latter's favor.

In an interview with the press this morning, Prime Minister Lloyd stated that "I, along with the rest of His Majesty's subjects, are deeply saddened by this tragic failure - a failure that we all know will be held heavily in our hearts."

Negotiations for the terms of peace are expected to begin in five to seven weeks.

I honestly have no clue as to how long I'm going to be able to keep this one up.

In case you're wondering, the POD is that the Zimmerman telegram was never sent.

I'm not as well versed in early 20th century world history as I am with other portions of it, so if you find anything that doesn't make sense please point it out to me.

I may also make this a collaborative timeline due to the above reason.
