what if the allies concluded that abolishing the Germany monarchy at the end of WWI was a contributing factor to the growth of Nazism, and decided to bring back a Kaiser? But they didn’t want the anti-Semitic Hohenzollerns, so they instead choice a wealthy, influential German-American, Fred Trump. As Kaiser Friedrich IV from the Trump Dynasty, he leaves New York in 1948, with his wife and children, including his 2-year-old son, Donald...

Mostly because it makes for a more interesting hypothetical than some random nobleman no one has heard of.

No, it makes it ASB. Fred Trump in ‘48 is nowhere near important, rich, or powerful enough to be considered - even if the Truman Administration would go for this proposal. The ‘Kaizer’ in this TL (nice touch to spell it wrong, emphasising the ‘wrongess’ of the idea) would be seen as nothing but an American stooge - I doubt even the Brits would be keen on such a badly handled operation. As for the Germans? Forget it.

I didn’t misspell Kaiser here...

Yeah if they wanted to put a kaiser on the throne it would be a recognized German noble. Otherwise just make a republic as per OTL

That is just purely ASB. Americans never would put monarch on throne of defeated nation. They even didn't restore Afghan or Iraqi monarchies decades later. Why they would do that with Germany? And yet put someone low-level businessman whom anyone outside of New York haven't ever heard? At least in Germany Trumps are totally nobodies. Germans would laugh them out and Friedrich IV von Trump would be enforced abdicate in couple years and return to New York. Even German monarchists wouldn't accept someone whom father moved to USA so he would avoid Germany military service. You just made this ridicolous question putting one known modern day guy as kaiser of Germany.
