Just curious: what if they were able to implement the terms of the Treaty of Sevres

Bumped. I'm honestly curious?

Nothing good would come of it. Even by Greece, the only nation I can speak confidently on, the initial troops were dicks and even before the actual idea for Smyrna was carried out, a lot of people would be dead. The initial idea was that Smyrna would be de-facto part of the Ottoman Empire with its own local parliament and in five years a referendum would be proposed to decide whether it would be part of Greece or the Ottoman Empire. Greece would be active in the little autonomous region, though.

Massive ethnic cleansing crossing into outright genocide on Turkish populations in territories granted to Greece.

Because it takes a through-and-through Greek ultranationalist to believe it'll end any other way, or that the Turks will accept their age-old enemy coming around and bossing them around on their own land.

Down the line it could be good news for Hitler.

If the Allies have imposed a peace like that, expect the Turks to be thoroughly pro-Axis. German forces overrun big chunks of the Mideast.
