Jurchen Japanese alliance during the Imjin War

Could Japan try to go for an alliance with the Jurchen during the 1592 Japanese invasion of Korea directed against the Ming and Joseon as opposed to attacking them during the Hamgyong campaign

How well would this Jurchen-Japanese alliance do against the Ming and Joseon

Could this lead to a earlier Manchu conquest of China and/or a Japanese Korea

A.f.a.i.k., attack on Jurchens was made to appease Korean collaborators of Japanese invasion force. Any attempt to recruit Jurchens to Japanese help will likely to trigger an immediate rebellion in Japanese-controlled Korea, actually worsening the Japanese military situation. Also, Jurchens are unlikely to become a reliable Japanese ally simply due difference in goals. Japanese wanted a loyal garrisons, not some random sackings.

The earlier Manchu conquest is unlikely too, because the Jurchens/Mongols were still lacked political integration till OTL 1626, about 30 years after Japanese invasion to Korea.

The problem with a Japanese - Jurchen alliance would be that the Ming gave Nurhaci a title of "Khan". He was still fighting the Mongols to establish his Khanate at the time while the Ming was playing both sides down the middle to make sure none of them united - it would take decades before Nurhaci solidified himself as the only leader of consequence. The Japanese would not wish to back a horse that they did not know, trust, or might lose.
