Just watched "Man in High Castle" ep.1. Amazing stuff and definitely worth a look.
But it got me thinking about the original premise of the book.
Basically with a PoD of FDR getting assassinated in 1933, the butterflies caused by it lead to a John W Bricker presidency by 1941 which in turn leads a far more ill-prepared US war effort and eventual loss in WW2.
But would a Bricker presidency actually lead such a cataclysmic result?
