John of Scotland, brother to David II of Scotland survives.

David II of Scotland, son of Robert I, or Robert the Bruce, had a twin brother named John, John died in 1327. However, if this boy had survived and lived into adulthood, he'd have been the next in line to the throne throughout his brother's life, not Robert the Steward who eventually became Robert II. With this in mind, during the times when his brother was imprisoned in England, could John serve as regent of the kingdom, assuming he's not captured as well, and if so, how might this change things between him and his brother, as well as with him and the nobility? Who could John marry, would he go for a local marriage or an international marriage?

Bump?

Alternatively, what would change if Robert I has a son born around the same time as Edward III
