I'll be updating shortly, but here you go. This TL is now in 2009 and will go up to 2012, eventually to 2016.
There are 2 alternative scenarios. One is that Hillary runs in her real home state of Illinois if Fitzgerald gets pissed with the local GOP leadership earlier and resigns his seat. Since that Class 3 seat is the one held by Obama IOTL, it butterflies Obama. JFK Jr. and his uncle were native New Yorkers, Hillary was a carpetbagger. I don't see him entering the corrupt morass of state politics as some would have it. Like his father and uncles, he's not entering public life to become a legislative wheelhorse.
