Joan of Kent considered the daughter

Almost immediately after King Richard II of England's coronation, his mother Joan of Kent began to make arrangements for his marriage. One of the first offers came from the Holy Roman Emperor, Charles IV, who proposed the hand of his daughter Anne.
Joan considered the daughter of the Visconti Duke of Milan.
What if King Richard marries the daughter of the Duke of Milan? What happens then?

Ok so is this Bernabo of Milan we are talking about here? Because he had a lot of daughters. An alliance with Milan could be useful against France, but Joan would have been looking for an ally against France in the Hundred Year War. Milan was probably too weak and their armies would have had to have passed through Savoy to get to France.

Perhaps a Burgundian Princess or even trying again to get the Castilians onside (as Edward III tried to do with Joanna).
