Jesse Ventura second term as governor of Minnesota

Jesse Ventura, left the Governor's office of Minnesota in 2003 because he was an didn't have the support in either houses of the Minnesota conrgess. And couldn't get any of the reforms he wanted done past.

But lets say, Ventura decides to run for a second term but he also helps gets a sizable number of seats for the Reform Party in both the Minnesota house and seante. What kind of reforms would Ventura be able to get passed? Or would this even be possible?

More backfire from both parties against Ventura since one of Ventura greatest weakness is his ability to not get support for his agenda. The only way a Ventura victory in 2002 is likely is if he actually passes his reforms he promises in his first term, that way it sets him up for reelection and could maintain a small margin victory over TPaw and the nominee for the Democratic Farmer-Labors. If Ventura ran for governor again with the record he had during his four year term from 1999 to 2002, Ventura has no chance at all maintaining the governor seat comes January of 2003.

If Ventura is more successful, and therefore runs for and wins a second term, then he's likely an independent presidential contender in 2008 or 2012.
