Japan as an Ally during WW2

(whoo first ever post on AH)

Hmmm after seeing this I wonder how WW2 would play out :
Without a Nationalist leader the Japanese may not have invaded China in 1937 . Because of this China would never had a "united front" between the Communists and Nationalists to fight the Japanese .The Communist win. The communists may have felt to "liberate" Korea. This is would have led to war between Japan and China as China as the argressor . In fact Japan might have got the aid from the USA instead of China .

But what would German have done ? Without there major ally in the east would there brake there pact with the Soviet Union ? China as the Soviets ally would have formed a very different Axis power .

With Soviet assistance in the war against the Japanese ,the USA joines Japan against the Communists . This would have acted like a trigger the Germans in Europe .

U.S and Japanese landings in Northern China and Siberia and across the Chinese coast (like what the Japanese did in WW2), while British and Commwealth forces attack from the South. With large German forces in Western Europe (remember there are not at war with the Soviet Union ) ,would lead the Atomic bombing of Germany to end the war .

I think i might put post WW2 next(hmm i fill a timelime coming on )
so what to think ?

Yes, the would, they invaded due to long-term colonial ambitions, not because of who was leading china at the moment

No, they wouldn't, without the Japanese invasion to weaken the nationaists, the communists remain a bandit hold out in the poor mountaineous areas in Shanxi

The communists may have felt to "liberate" Korea.
Why? I know OTL Korean war is the inspiration behind this

I think you are seriously misunderstanding the status of Korea, China and Japan at the time in particular and international diplomacy in general

In fact Japan might have got the aid from the USA instead of China .
Why? The Japanese would do just fine in the war, why would the US send aid to a competing great power, why would the Japanese accept the aid of the US

With Soviet assistance in the war against the Japanese ,the USA joines Japan against the Communists . This would have acted like a trigger the Germans in Europe
ok wtf

Welcome to the board, but realize that youtube videos are general really bad historical sources, people have a tendency to "replace" one player in a war with another to see interesting effects while shedding plausibility in doing so

FYI, scene is from the movie 2009 Lost Memories. The movie isn't very good by the way. And I can't think of a way for the scenario to happen without majorly distorting history.

I'm thinking it's possible with Japan's loss in the first Sino-Japanese War.
