This thread will host a series of azimuthal equal area maps screated by @Jajax and me. All of these are azimuthal equal areas in about Worlda-scale, making them perfect for flat Earth scenarios or what not. The colour scheme used for these maps is Drex's colour scheme.

Okay. A bit of frustration with Photoshop pixelation later, I've managed to spit out a patch for Canada's provinces and territories:
