I would agreed that having Oswald in the Cuba would near enough Castro's biggest nightmare however what the heck does he do with him?Unlikely the Cubans would allow him into the country. And if he were somehow smuggled in under Castro's nose, well, that could get ugly quick. If Fidel finds out before the Americans do, and is able to arrest him, things might be okay. But supposing the Americans catch wind of it first? If the leadership stays level-headed about it, they might be able to gently urge the Cubans to arrest him, and extradite him back to the US. Fidel Castro was apparently pretty shaken up about the assassination himself, and he was worried that it could lead to war. This by itself would be incentive to extradite him, not to mention the fact that the Soviets already knew about Lee Harvey Oswald, and would presumably urge Castro to do so. But if things don't go so neatly, I suppose it could be used as a pretext to invade Cuba.
