Its a question not a what if - Stalingrad

I know Hitler forbade 6th army breaking out but
were any operations plans drawn up for 6th Army to breakout - either by the High Command or Army Group South or 6th army - and if so what was the code name.

Manstein drafted a plan by mid-December, but it was obviously never implemented. I've never heard a codename for the plan, only the codeword for it's execution. It was also done with a very incomplete picture of the situation that underestimated the state of Soviet forces in terms of strength, position, available reserves, and etc. and completely ignoring things like that much of 6th Army was so starved they could barely hold their position, much less fight their way through ~60 miles of massive waist-high+ snow drifts so it probably would have failed horribly.
