The Ottomans would not join the Entente without concessions and that's likely to include 2 battleships and the end of Russian interference (and reduced British interference) in Persia. Some other possible items for discussion: Kuwait, Qatar and the status of Egypt. More likely negotiations merely serve to keep the Ottomans neutral. Even that is not 100% sure if things go badly in 1915 for the Entente.
