Italian Empire Pre-WWI

What if Italy had a contiguous empire from Tripoli to Mogadishu prior to WWI?

I use the borders below on the basis of
  1. Italy wins the Italo-Ethiopian War
  2. Italy conquers Mahdist Sudan
  3. Italy goes to war with Rabih az-Zubayr, resulting in expansion to Lake Chad
  4. Italy gets Libya sooner, getting de facto control but letting the Ottomans keep nominal authority
Italy proceeds to establish a railroad along the following stretches:
  • Trans-Sahara: Tripoli - Sabha - Aozou - Lake Chad
  • Sudanic: Lake Chad - Abeche - Al Fashir - Khartoum - Port Sudan
  • East African: Port Sudan - Masawa - Addis Ababa - Mogadishu

I imagine a great many of the Italians who went to the US OTL would go to Italian Africa.
There'd probably be a lot of movement of peoples throughout Italy's empire.

I figure the map isn't exact, but it's a general idea.
