Well, basically a victory for the navtist guys. Oddly, you might see it spread headed by Progressives. Domestic issues will be king. But really, can they avoid being drawn into affairs? I'll think on some exact PODs....

Teddy winning the 1912 election? Might be ASB, and it might just destroy any chance of the US going non-interventionist as well...but you never know :D

I think pointing to Russia is a bit simplistic. The German submarine campaign was certianly a factor as was the Zimmerman note, as was basic British and French diplomatic pressure. (And so was generally pro-Allie sentiment).

As for Churchill Falls, I've never heard of it, but there is no silver bullet for WW1.

The German submarine campaign can work in the US's benefit if we're trading with them.

The Zimmerman note could just be an excuse for us to invade Mexico, you'd think as a non-interventionist we'd care more about who's on our borders.

British and French diplomatic pressure? Bah...TR balks at them. Bully! :p
