Islamic expansion limited by the Sassanids and Byzantines

The Sassanid and Byzantine Empire clashed in several battles throughout the late 6th and early 7th centuries, mainly in the two main wars that took place in 572-591 and 602-628, which weakened the two empires, ease for Arab domination.

What if the two empires did not enter so much into conflict and war and were in full force at the time Islamic expansion after death of Muhammad and the expansion of the Orthodox Caliphate?

There's always the possibility that the caliphate could esam through conquest of the Horn of Africa. Trade down the Swahili Coast would probably bring Islam sooner than OTL, and it could possibly spread to Southern India, Southern Persia, and South East Asia through merchants as well. There's also the strong possibility that there would be attempts at more passive conversion amongst the populations of Iran, Egypt, and the Levant, but it wouldn't come directly from the frontlines in the desert

The three powers would probably try to play each of their two rivals off of each other, creating a low rolling conflict that doesn't change much until an incompetent emperor/shah shows up and it all goes out the window

Is it possible that Islam going earlier to some regions of India, would it have more scope there than in OTL?

Without the great victories the Muslim spread basically never spreads. The great victories over massive empires gave it an aura. Coming up against a fresh byz and Persia would led to massive defeats.
