Is this map plausible?

The map of the world in 2012.

Do you mean the entirety of the map or just the changed countries?

In the former case, no, it's pretty much ASB to have all the present OTL countries with their exact borders with the huge butterflies tha would stem from the changes.

In the latter case some of it's plausable, but not all together.
It is unlikely that China retaining Outer Manchuria and that Central America would either not have stayed seperate or unified (into at most two states).

What year is this map set in ?
it would be nice to see the names of the counties on the map and a time line as to how this came about.

Simply
No
In more detail: India and Africa clearly indicate a recent POD so any change before 1900 is very unlikely to come near this, and for a post 1960's change to unify the USA and Canada, split the UK, unify Ireland (!) without affecting Europe, Africa or South America is, well implausible

Never mind the division of Yugoslavia needs a POD from the 1990's. Anything before 1900 would cause too many butterflies.

I can't believe noone has commented of the square-shaped uber-Germany, it was the first thing I spotted. I'm not convinced its borders are very plausible even without taking the rest of the world into account, its borders are too neat and...boxy.

Weimar Republic minus East Prussia, Regierungsbezirk Posen, Bohemia and Moravia, and Austria. Only the addition of Regierungsbezirk Posen seems strange.
