Is it plagiarism if I emulate an art style?

So for my maps, I like using an art style that typically uses dark oceans and countries being outlined with their respective color. This was inspired by one of Meerkat92's old maps (posted below), which I really like for it's aesthetic. Is copying it's design considered plagiarism though? I just want to be sure.

No, plagiarism is taking someone's work and presenting it as your own. If you take their art style or idea and make your own original work then it's not plagiarism.

Perhaps you can add a disclaimer that you were inspired by so or so. This way you avoid any claim of plagiarism.
