Is a French-Spanish Oregon feasible?

In the timeline I am working on, France keeps control over it's large colonial empire in North America. I was planning on having a similar co-colonization of Oregon with France and Spain than with America and Britain, but am worried about it's feasibility. Is it realistic for these power to form the same deal?

Spain wanted it all for itself, if England isn't an issue then it gets its way (unless the butterflies make Russia press its claims more vigorously). France's presence in the region is basically non-existent and their colonial efforts are going to remain focused on trying to colonize what they already have in New France.

I remember reading about Spain sending forces after the Lewis and Clark expedition, to try and stop it, because they claimed interests in that area. I know by that time it was certainly too late, but Spain had an interest in the area for a long time, and its certainly feasible, the POD would be so far back though that most modern history would be radically different.
