Irish Home Rule

In 1914, the British Parliament passed the Government of Ireland Act 1914. It created a devolved Irish parliament. Sadly its implementation was blocked by World War I. Then of course after the war, the Irish revolted and declared an Independent republic. What if bill had been implemented. Would Ireland have remained part of Britain or was there too much bad blood?

Think it's been discussed before, and I doubt long term it would have remained part of the UK. Even if you butterfly WW1 (delay it), then you are looking at most likely a potential Civil War situation between the Unionists and Nationalists, with the British Army forces being an uncertain force. Long term I could see even a Home Rule Ireland would potentially move towards a Dominion status.
