Irish Civil War - best POD for an early ending

Which of the following could be the best way of ending the Irish Civil War before it became the bitter conflict that reflects in Ireland's politics to this day? Supposing that the shelling of Four Courts and the Battle of Dublin did happen.

1) The Free State government accepts the "treaty" between Liam Lynch and Michael Brennan. Thus Lynch assumes a neutral stance, many of the anti-Treaty men follow, and the resistance on the Dublin Mountains vanishes.

2) Harry Boland isn't killed when arrested. After conferencing with his old friend Michael Collins on one hand and several leaders already jailed on the other, he is released a few days later with the task of finding a peaceful solution.

3) Michael Collins escapes the Béal na Bláth ambush. He goes to his scheduled talks with neutral officers (probably Florrie O'Donoghue and Seán O'Hegarty) on the same night and with Dan Breen a few days later and gets a settlement.

Other ideas are welcome!

Dan Breen is a potential road block, however Collins is about the only one that can talk him to, at best, only objecting to the treaty verbally.

It is little known, though mentioned in his book, that Breen was recalled from the United States by Liam Lynch in March 1922 to act as a peacemaker. He was one of the names behind the "ceasefire" in May, and some documents survived showing that by August he was still in search of a settlement - he contacted both O'Duffy and Collins, and it is believed that Frank Thornton, one of Collins's right-hand men who was ambushed and badly wounded outside Clonmel in the same morning of the Béal na Bláth ambush, was in the town to meet Breen.

There was a TL about how the Civil War didn't happen due to the POD being the British Forces attacked the Four Courts instead of the Pro-Treaty forces which overrode the disputes between the Pro and Anti sides and started a new Anglo-Irish War.

It isn't what I'm looking for, but I'll take a look, thanks!
