Intervention in Russian Civil War

In the aftermath of the First World War, the United States, Great Britain, and France turned their attention to intervening in the Russian Civil War between the Red and White factions. This only lasted from 1918 to 1920 with the US doing most of the work.
But what if things had gone differently? What if the British and French had put more of their resources into successfully intervening on the side of the Tsar?

They did. The French fleet mutinied in the Black Sea and the British fleet had serious discipline issues. There were also discouraging rumors of Bolshevik cells forming in the British armed forces.
The Japanese were sent home by America because the one thing we wanted less than a Bolshevik Siberia was a Japanese Siberia.
The French and British upper classes decided to pull back because they realised they were playing double or nothing. A Bolshevik revolution all over Europe was a significant possibility. We were lucky they only got one third.
Why not do that as a timeline? Not a Russia centered empire like in OTL, but a Hungarian centered one under Bela Kun or someone more competent. Britain should stay independent and the focus of many, many, emigres. All the royalty of Europe working as bus boys in London hotels? Lots of investment capital from the overseas resources of the rich Europeans, lots of enterprising emigres to shake up the stodgy British business class.
All the African and Asian colonies are controlled from London and benefit from economic integration?

Just thought, the US army by Nov 1918 actually had large nos. of troops in training who were being prepared to go over to fight in France, but who didn't have to due to the Armistice. There were several new regular Army divs, 9th-12th, which were still being trained, and officers like Dwight D. Eisenhower involved in training them stateside- WI the Wilson admin had decided to conduct a fullscale military intervention against the Bolsheviks immediately after the Armistice, and deployed these trained but untested regular divs to fight the Commies, in support of White forces and American soldiers such as the 27th Inf Regt WOLFHOUNDS and 338th Inf Regt of 85th CUSTER Div who OTL were sent to fight in Siberia and Murmansk ?

I once thought about such a TL. If you want, I could flesh it out and post it.
Go for it! All Europe as an integrated economy, and integrated African and Asian colonies as big as India!
But the Commonwealth not merged with the US if possible. Remember, the Brits have the German navy already. Give them the French navy and they control access.
