Interpretation of the Pragmatic Sanction 1713

Hello, I wanted to poll the forum on the interpretation of the Pragmatic Sanction. Based on my understanding Charles VI daughters and their heirs are ahead of all other claimants. But say Maria Theresia had a son before Charles VI dies, would her son be the principal heir by virtue of his mother or would Maria Theresia still be the main heir. (I doubt it has any practical change, on events but I wanted to find out if MT would be reigning sovereign or reigning regent).
Could it alter the progression to the War of Austrian Succession in any way? Thank you.

I think the heir is MT. Her cousins had sons and in their view (and in the view of their allies) they and their sons came before MT and her sons. After all, they didn't stand down upon the birth of Joseph.
