Internet invented and widely used pre 1939?

Now this could be a tough idea to get our heads around and truth be told I am not sure if this is the most appropriate forum for this thread but I was thinking today about how the internet connects people of the world, and how communication and information is so different than it was in the real 1939 so I was wondering how the internet would have affected WW2, if computers had existed but for some reason really not been apart of the military yet, at least not in a big way, but the way the internet is setup thousands of soldiers from opposing sides are able to communicate via social media and such. Would this affect how the soldiers reacted when meeting the enemy, or how they viewed the entire conflict?

Also things like how would secrecy go as I am imagining a German Panzer officer taking a selfy with a Russian military strongpoint in the background on the 20th of June 1941 with the caption "These Russians won't know what hit them. YOLO"

I am not sure how this thread will go because of how computers have affected everything but in this instance I am really interested to know how communication between enemy troops would have changed WW2, or even civilians from all the countries in Europe, along with everyone having smart phones taking videos of everything that was happening.

Would 21st century communication have changed WW2 completely?

How many allied soldiers took selfies before entering Iraq 2003 and posted online? How many Daesh soldiers have you seen done the same before attacking cities like Kobane?

Honestly you don't need an internet as we recognize today to be available in order for something like this to work.

A more interwoven world where there's more and cheaper ham radios, more telegraphs lines, more ways for individuals to call each other and talk without seeing each other's faces. Early fax machines did exist by the late 1800s.

A simple question to ask would a soldier who finds out his opposing commander would show him mercy and offer him decent care and food throw a battle if he heard about it from the right person?

If electronics are that far advanced that you have all those computers, then you also have far better radar, autopilots, artillery control, proximity fuses, etc., etc.

You can't just change one thing.

Also, the Internet as we know it was made practical by fiber optic cable. Copper and microwave telecom connexions mean long distance calls are EXPENSIVE. So, the world would be massively changed, and WWII would not be what we know it as.

Your idea, RUNVS

Need technogly 50 years ahead of OTL
I mean desktop pc, Large telephone networks, Communication Satelliten in Orbit
WWIi Let to Inventionen of the computer technogly , rocket and Atomic bomb.

If those technogly are alreay in 1939 in use, the world would Look radical different from OTL
