Any surviving ottoman empire today be held by force. As Armenian, Arabs, Bulgarians, Greek and so forth nationalist desires be kept at bay while Turkish nationalism served as the ottoman nationalist. So migration be controlled else concentrated groups would exert pressure on other groups and control certain regions

I thought that most Arabs were loyal to the Ottoman Empire until WWI?

But we talking about today not WWI. In the 70 years since nationalism and desire of people to have their own country has split every huge diverse country and colonial empire.

Nigeria? Switzerland? Belgium? Russia?
Russia is not a very good example. Since the Russians have fought several major battles to maintain their country.
Both Switzerland and Belgium are democratic countries created through peace. Not countries built on conquest. Both are federations that respect their respective ethnic groups. In the case of Switzerland its four groups. Belgium the jury is still out on wether it will stay together. But in has democracy.
Nigeria another country being held together by military where the Christian South is fighting effort of larger Islamic north in gaining control.

In Russia, only Chechnya actually wanted to secede.

If Chechnya has succeeded the rest of the muslim Caucasas would of joined but the huge military might employed showed people what lay in store for them. Today Chechnya and test of Rusdia is held by autocratic dictators who do what ever they want in return for keeping their people in line.

Even so, this would still leave a lot of minorities inside of Russia.

Yes there are smaller minorities but who are forced to stay within Russia by Military. Also the disproportion of Russians to the Minorities allow the Russians to maintain control easier than say in Ottoman Empire where its Turkish would constitute less than 50%.

Internal migration is really straight forwards, rural people go to the next larger city as they look towards better chances in life. Only relatively few people move further away internally, usually only when they have a good reason such as local religious intolerance, distant relatives offering better chances, the local province not having much of a great city etc. Much later you only get the kind of society where picking and chosing your life style and location gets feasible.

A feature of the Ottoman Empire was the free movement of people and trade throughout the Empire. Whether one wanted to move into a region where one was ethnically/religiously at risk was another matter but there was nothing to legally stop you doing so. You are Albanian and want to move to Egypt? Why not. Yemeni and want to move to Bulgaria? Fine, carry on. As to whether your new neighbours would welcome you or murder you, well that is your risk. As long as you posed no public order threat to the Ottomans and paid your taxes they didn't care if you spoke Inuit or worshipped eggs. They were rather discriminatory about taxes though to be fair (or rather, unfair) and somewhat laissez faire about some ethnic groups murdering and robbing other ethnic groups. The business of living was up to the individual.

The historical aspect of this I do not dispute. What I understood the thread was how would immigration work now if the Ottoman empire still existed today. This was why I had stated that for it to exist today with all the existing ethnic tensions, nationalistic and tribal conflicts in the region the Ottoman empire would be a virtual police state. Similar to Eastern Turkey with the Kurds.
