Interesting Roman PODs?

hey, all. i've been meaning to work on this for a while and, in the semi-lucid state of nearly falling asleep, have decided to make a thread about it now

anyway, i decided a long time ago for my ASB ATL that Rome still conquers Britain and loses control of it at (around) the same time as IOTL and, unless an exceptionally compelling POD comes up, i don't plan to change that. except for these requirements, what does everyone think would be some interesting PODs, their subsequent effects, and foreseeable consequences on the future? the only requirement for the purposes of discussion is that they have to postdate the Roman conquest of Britain in 43 AD, and Britain has to stay in Roman hands until at least the Migration Period

Germanicus himself becomes the Emperor, living past his likely assassination, succeeding Tiberius perhaps in the mid 20s to early 30s.

I think, personally, that he could have been one of Rome's greats, being the eventual heir that Augustus deserved.

Perhaps General Corbulo lives longer? He was one of the best generals Rome ever had until he was forced into suicide.

Julius Caesar lives long enough to conduct his invasion of Parthia?

Im pretty sure he said these POD's have to come after the Roman conquest of Britain....

Have Agricola not get recalled, and then quietly killed off by Domitian. When Domitian dies, the conspirators botch their attempt at appointing Nerva (he was old, say he dies the day after of some natural causes). A civil war erupts-the main protagonists are likely going to be Agricola and Trajan.
