Information about plans for the Wettin-Prussian-Russia partition of Poland in 1733

In 1733 Augustus III had a plan to partition Poland between Russia, Prussia and the House of Wettin, do anybody have any knowledge of what the plan included?

AFAIK there were agreement among Prussia, Russia and Austria to prevent election of both Frederick Augustus and Stanislaw Leszczynski. Frederick Augustus was able to strike deal with Russia (accepted von Biron as duke of Courland) and Austria (Frederick Augustus gave up any claims to Charles VI's inheritance), but not with Prussia whose demands was very high.
