Independent Congress Poland at the congress of Vienna

An independent Congress Poland implies that things went very differently in Russia. Was there no Napoleonic invasion?

I wonder: Might this Congress Poland exist in a dynastic union with Prussia?

I can't see this happening. Not way that Prussia, Russia or Austria would allow that. Independent Poland is not on anyone's intrests.

In theory Congress Poland was independent state in personal union with Russia.
What could you get closest to real independence? Congress Poland is given to another member of House of Romanov-likely Constantine, either in Vienna or after Alexander's death.

ASB. None of the Great Powers, aside from Russia had any kind of real interest in an independent Poland and Russia's interest was due to Alexander's hope to claim all of the Commonwealth's former lands in Prussia and Austria. Any kind of independent Congress Poland would be a threat to all three of her neighbors and likely to encourage revolts. As for giving Poland to a different Romanov, wouldn't really work. Constantine was already Viceroy so there was no reason for him to become King. He was childless and estranged from his wife so ultimately Congress Poland would return to Russia. Ultimately I just can't see a way for an independent Congress Poland to work.

Congress Poland could remain quasi-independent without November Uprising. Existence of such autonomous Polish state would in long run spoil Russo-Prussian relations leading to war around mid 19th century.
