Inclusion (not derivation) of exclusively female names in male given names

Maria, and other vernacular forms like Marie and Mary, can be seen as given names exclusively for females without a particular context. That context is the tradition of a male Christian name + Maria as a male given name, e.g., José María, Jean-Marie, Carlo Maria.

I'm looking for other prestigious exclusively female names with the potentials for such frequent inclusion (not derivation*).

* derivation: Artemis -> Artemius, Artyom, doesn't count; Demeter -> Demetrius, Dmitry, doesn't count

Although it's not common, in Portuguese there are some examples of Catarina (Catherine) being used in male names: José Catarina, Antônio Catarina...
I also remember at least two examples of José Isabel (Joseph Elisabeth).

IIRC its only in southern Europe (Iberia, Italy and parts of France?) that its anywhere near common

In spanish there are also exampes of female names like Guadalupe and Rosario used in male names: José Guadalupe, Antonio Rosario...

You also, in the older generation, sometimes get Mary as a boy's name in Ireland. It's a Catholic thing. There are some names, like Beverly and Evelyn, which were once exclusively for boys and are now almost exclusively for girls.

Apochryphal family story: my uncle married a woman christened Vivien Mary. The registrar had put her down as a boy on the birth certificate. Just as well, because he was christened Francis Evelyn and ... :p
