It is 1994, twenty years after the total collapse of the Axis Powers and their hegemony over the world. In the places annexed to them or forced to suffer the rule of puppet governments, those who've endured continue to rebuild in the hopes of a brighter future. In the meantime, a new generation begins to take its first steps towards leaving their mark in the world, both from among the subjugated peoples and those of the fallen Axis titans.

This is the story of a world trying to recover from the ruins of the High Castle era.
