In Spite of a Crown Chapter One: Beginnings

The UCA, United Crowns of America, was always a fragile nation. Born out of republicanism, it would inevitably die out of republicanism. America itself, from Nova Scotia to South Florida to Nevada to Aleskia, was indisputably a large nation. The Revolution, as we all know, was created because of taxes and representation. It later grew into an desire for a republic. Washington however became a Monarch. Many Federalists, as they was called, was angered over this, and tried to start an second Revolution. Unfortunately for everybody, it failed. Washington was cheered as a hero by the people, for freeing them from British tyranny. The fragileness of the Crown, was made very apparent when the North-South Divide was included. Washington, himself, was a Virginian, and that means the South, had a Southerner as King. There was no way the North could change this...
