In 1273 an election

In 1273 an election for the Imperial German throne took place. All seven electors elected Rudolf of Habsburg. He became Rudolf I.
Suppose Rudolf had not been elected. Instead Ottokar II of Bohemia is elected. He becomes Ottokar I. What happens then?

I also made a comment on this matter in this thread:https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=342672

There were more candidates. Landgrave of Thuringia & margrave of Meißen Frederick of Wettin, duke of Upper Bavaria Louis of Wittelsbach, however like Ottokar they were deemed to be to closely related to the house of Hohenstaufen (Staufer) by the Papacy.

Ottokar had the added issue, that he had created such a powerbase, that other major houses in the Empire felt threatened by it.

By the point Rudolf entered the election, his main opponent was count (prince) Siegfried of Anhalt-Köthen (house of Ascania).
