Imperial Japan uses Black americans as a 'fifth column'

the problem with this idea is that the black comunity at the time was
A.Sane

B.Rational

C. Pretty intelligent

The cost benifit ratio of allying with japan just was not there. The black comunity was outnumber by whites and other ethnic groups any uprising would have had to deal with that very primary problem. Second for it to have any chance the entire comunity would have to be united in said effort and that just was not going to happen. African americans loved their country just as much and still do as every one else. Thirdly Japan makes for a pretty lousy ally their economy simply did not have the strength to take on america even with help. African americans have more to gain by joining with their fellow americans then they did by turning on them. At best you would have gotten a few easily crushed malcontents who would be villafied by their fellow african americans as traitors.

I would say that short of New Afrika Movement appearing more than 30 years before it did in OTL and with Japan being less hypocritical, this would be impossible.
