USS Randolph (CV-15), USS Bennington (CV-20) and USS Cabot (CV-16) sailing from the South Boston Naval Annex in October 1963 to begin the long voyage to Brazil's main naval base at Belém. Renamed Paraná, Minas Gerais, and Atlântico, the three carriers served honorably for several more decades as the pride and joy of the Marinha do Brasil, with the Atlântico (the former Cabot) serving as flagship until 1996. Their most famous deployment in Brazilian service was likely in the Guerra da Lagosta with France. The French Sixth Republic, seeking to supplement their meager domestic food production after the destruction of much of the country's agricultural production by the SS in their retreat east, began paying significant cash bonus' to French fisherman. This resulted in French captains going well outside of their normal fishing areas, especially off northeastern Brazil. Brazilian protests were largely ignored by France until a small flotilla was impounded by Brazilian authorities in late 1975. The French, feeling emboldened by the removal of the last peacekeeping troops the previous year, sent much of their small navy to "escort" their fishing fleet on their next run to the Brazilian coast. To their surprise, the Brazilians deployed all 3 carriers in a show of force, with their air groups constantly harassing the French ships by making low level passes at supersonic speeds. The French eventually relented and "The Lobster War" was over.

Otto Fretter-Pico (1893-1966) was an german General of the second world war, having seen combat in the western front and retiring shorthly after, moving to Poland where he lived most of his remaining life.

In 1960 a brazilian patrol secured his farm where he surrendered without combat. After a trial in the aftermath he got condemned for following Hitler's comissar decree during his time in Ukraine, but was freed in 1965 due poor health and died of old age a year after.

He got very lucky and I assume he died in the microstates as staying anywhere near Poland would see most German's lynched.

Basically he surrendered to brazilians OTL so I think that due his old age he wouldn't fight in the hot war and as such could end being captured like in our timeline

Most likely, although having a farm in Poland risks Slavery charges in civil court as well. Although I assume with so many having commited so much evil they probably had to pick and choose which scum to prosecute and for what.

I also met a veteran who saw his surrender, he praised his uniform :p

Rally of New Homeland (Germ. Neue Heimat) in Hamburg in 1998. The movement was born on early 1990's when young Germans begun protest against harsh occupation and lack of independent homecountry. They stated that they can't be blamed for sins of their grandfathers and demanded right to homecountry due "rights of self-determination".

Movement was quickly prohibited in some statelets but in many places New Homeland movement continued growing. Altough all members wanted creation of new Germany or at lesat full independence for statelets, the movement was veyr diverged and. UN and A4 anyway didn't respond calls of the Germans and tried restrict actions of the movement. This just radicalised many of members futher through first decade of 21st century.

Finally things escalated as Prussian Revolt in 2007. It was quiet small mutiny but still for occupation powers serious threat. Whole revolt ended when Americans oribal bombed Stettin. After this event officials of UN found some other militant groups and that many rifles were originated from China. It is still mystery how they ended to Germany. New Homeland movement was dissolved and prohibited as terrorist organisation.

There is still nowadays many Germans who still support full independence for statelets or even united Germany. These movements are anyway pretty small and invisible. Furthermore they are under strict surveillance.

Last known picture of Minister of Armaments Albert Speer, taken somewhere in 1959. While his fate is officially unknown, it is well accepted that he was killed in a nuclear attack to the bunker where he took shelter during the last states of the war, with one proof being that the only survivor of the group who escorted the photograph responsible for taking this exact picture garanteed it was taken outside the bunker that was destroyed by a nuclear projectile just a few days after.

Peacekeepers of United Nations on Morocco-Western Sahara border. After When Spain transferred to democracy at end of 1970's UN begun to demand decolonisation of the Spanish colony. In 1982 was held referendums in Spanish Sahara, Ifni and Rif region. Morocco claimed all of them. Ifni and Rif voted for joining to Morocco but Westenr Sahara voted for independence. Morocco didn't accept that and so begun Western Saharan Crisis. Morocco sent troops to border region. Britain and USA did anyway same move and bombed some desert regions in Morocco for showing that they are serious and are not going to allow invasion. Morocco had retreat from border region. Since then UN peacekeepers have been deployed to the region for securing fragile peace. Everybody know that Morocco will attack if they leave.

Armenian Genocide Memorial in Moscow, Russia. Nazi occupation left very deep traumas for psyche of Eastern European. Many countries begun quickly recognsie Armenian genocide, what was seen given inspiration for Hitler, By 1970 almost every European country, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand recognised the event and many too, speciality Eastern Eruopean countries made denial of Armenian genocide crime offense. Still in nowadays in Poland, Baltics, Belarus, Ukraine, Georiia and Armenia it is crime to deny the event and there would be either hard fines or short priosn sentence.

Wide recognition of Armenian genocide has caused some talks in Turkey. Turkey still deny the genocide and explains that being just unfortunate vent caused by dire conditions of WW1.

The US Navy, after finding itself with several hundred obsolete medium and large landing craft that could no longer carry the most current Allied armored vehicles, undertook a crash project to as many of the ships as possible into LSM-R and LST-R platforms. These ships were festooned with M23 210mm and M24 240mm Rocket Launchers (vastly improved from the M8 and M16 Rocket platforms used in the Pacific, utilizing design improvements from the USSR's Katyusha program) and were used to devastating effect during the various False Peak operations in the runup to Maverick and Gravel. The crew of LST-R 325 received a Presidential Unit Citation for rescuing several hundred members of the USS Guam (CB-2) after the battlecruiser nearly broke in half after being struck by ASM defenses near Nice. The LST's captain, LT S. Maryk USNR, had the crew throw nearly all the ship's launchers overboard to make room for the Guam's survivors and received a battlefield commission to Lieutenant Commander along with the Navy Cross.

A border guard from the French National Army maintains a check point at Saint-Gingolph on the Swiss border, 1952. All the Swiss border crossings with the French state and Germany were surrounded by layers of barbed wire and minefields ostensibly to prevent "Swiss Aggression", while in reality to discourage any large scale defections to neutral Switzerland. Despite heavy lobbying by the Germans to Mussolini and later the Calallero government, the Italians never tightened their border to anything close to the French or German crossings and subsequently became the prime conduit for the majority of black market goods making their way into Occupied Europe prior to the resumption of the Hot War.

A city in Western Europe is still unclear yet whether they would rebuild or not, nearly 50+ years after the Hot War but some politicians are demanding calls for leaders of A4 to provide financial aid but nonetheless rejected until sometime in 2030 or 2060. (Source: Artificial Owl)

April 2007 - Thousand of people filled Yonge and Dundas Square to protest against A4's involvement on the destruction of Stettin. The Stettin incident polarized by both of the world. The Canadian Prime Minister even accused the A4 for their "paroxysm of terror and barbarism" as Spain, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Australia, and amongst of foreign governments responded to the Stettin with mourning, outrage, and calls for international inquiry. 5 years later after the strike, the former head of the A4 regretted this decision and admitted this is the biggest mistake in his life interviewed in BBC.

Montreal, Canada became the largest Francophone city with the majority of French citizens immigrated to Quebec after the War. The city, which helped the resurrection of French culture by many older generations who lived in Paris and saw as the "Paris of Canada" for their intensive restaurants and bars, major centers of art, finance, lifestyle and science. Oddly enough, a lot of French citizens believed Montreal is like their "original home" before Paris' destruction at the hand of SD and Himmler.

Orthodox Jews in New York

After almost total destruction of European Jewish community, New York City became one of most notable centers of remaining Jewish culture. USA has too one of largest Jewsih population since about 80 % of world's Jewish population is living there. In New York is too headquarters of International Jewish Society, largest Jewish organisation. It is investigating and giving educational materials from Holocaust and mantaining Jewish heritage and culture. It is to searching old nazis who might had managed to escape justice and helping to bring them to court room.

Holocaust has largely affected to legistature abnd even USA has effectively managed to create legistature against Holocaust denial and hate speech. In many European countries have too very strict legistature agaainst such things.

Holocaust had deep impact to Jewish culture and religions altough no one can't exactly tell yet how Judaism will change on future. All Jews anyway agree that Holocaust was even bigger tragedy towards Jews than Captivity of Babel, destruction of the Second Temple or expulsion from Judea. Jews are currently very divided. Some ultra-orthodox Jews go as far as claiming that Holocaust was caused by wrath of God since He couldn't accept how secular many Jews were and lived with non-Jews. Many Orthodox Jews prefer to live on isolation and avoid contacts with non-Jews as much as possible. In USA is even some Orthodox Jewish communtiies where non-Jews are not allowed to enter without very serious reson. On anothed end is some liberal Jews who promote converting poeple to Judaism. But many Jews even some liberal and reformist Jews, see that as problematic thing.
