If Japan divided like Germany in 1945, what would Soviet Tokyo look like?

As stated in the title, this thread is about the premise that, following the end of WW2, Japan is to be divided just like Germany, into different zones occupied by the Allied powers (except that here, we substitute France with China). Thus, we would have: (1) American-occupied Japan, (2) Soviet Japan, (3) British Japan, and (4) Chinese Japan. In addition to these, let's say that Tokyo too is to follow Berlin's example, and to be divided up into four districts governed by the four Allies.

A) First of all, what is a realistic way that such an Allied agreement to divide Japan could come about?

B) How would Japan be divided? I assume that the Soviets will get the northern parts (so Hokkaido and Tohoku Region), but how might the rest of Japan be divided among the Americans, British, and Chinese?

C) How would Tokyo be divided? Would the division of Tokyo follow the existing borders of Tokyo Prefecture, or would they modify the borders to accommodate this division (example: expanding "Tokyo" to include areas of neighboring Saitama, Kanagawa, and Chiba Prefectures)? What parts of Tokyo might the Soviets get?

D) Name for Soviet Tokyo: "North Tokyo" (like "West / East Berlin"), "Red Tokyo", or something else?

E) What effects would the existence of a Soviet enclave deep within American territory have on the wider political development of the Cold War? For example, in retaliation for the Soviet blockade of West Berlin in 1948, would the Americans blockade Soviet Tokyo? Or is the threat of such action enough to make the Soviets avoid blockading West Berlin altogether?

F) Corollary to the above, would we have a "Tokyo Wall" built by the North Japanese govt.? Or might there be enough differences between Germany and Japan that no wall in Tokyo gets built? Or, even better, might the butterflies introduced in this scenario be enough that we don't even get the wall in Berlin in the first place?

G) What would Soviet Tokyo look like? In terms of things like architecture, public transport, living standards, etc.?

H) If not in Tokyo, where would the capital of North Japan be? (Sapporo possibly?)
