If Hitler had won the war...

He doesn't marry her. Hell, he didn't even mention her in his friggin' last will and testament.

I think the bigger wonder/worry is: What If Eva Braun got pregnant?

She isn't mentioned by name, but he acknowledges her in his will as his wife

"I myself and my wife — in order to escape the disgrace of deposition or capitulation — choose death. It is our wish to be burnt immediately on the spot where I have carried out the greatest part of my daily work in the course of a twelve years' service to my people."

It is my opinion that Hitler would likely have stepped down as Fuehrer at some point, or perhaps remained the "honourary Fuehrer" and had another be his Reich Chancellor and no longer take part in government.

But it is without question that he intended to retire in Linz and marry Braun at some point in his life.

Truth. Also, he did mention her by name in his handwritten will from 1938. She is listed second only to the Nazi Party, and above his family and friends.

Oh, and I also agree that I could see him taking some sort of 'honorary' Führer title and never fully retiring, but having another Chancellor take his place.

I actually meant to say "mention her by name" but my brain farted

Anyways, it's nice that he did acknowledge her by name at some point.

As for Hitler "retiring," that's actually unallowable by the very nature of fascism, to say nothing of Hitler's own nature. He'll be Führer till the day he dies. As the Germans said, "Der Führer ist der Führer."

The circumstances are ASB though, which you admit.

Germany winning World War II is not ASB. It may be unlikely, but it's not ASB. People throw the ASB tag around away way, way too liberally on this forum. It's strange considering this is a history forum and, in history, events that we would term ASB happen all the time.
