Say FDR survives until the 1948 elections and decides four full terms is enough and does not run for a fifth term, would the cold war have been avoided due to his cordial personal relations with Stalin and the Soviets?

Also, how would the political landscape be different? Do you see Truman running in 1948 to succeed a retiring FDR? Would Dewey have had a good shot at becoming President?

Yes the cold war was inevitable by that point, the Soviets already controlled much of Eastern Europe when FDR died and I can't see anything FDR would have done to create better relations with the USSR however the POD might mean Dewey wins in 1948 so that might create a few changes.

Yes, of course. FDR would feel betrayed by Stalin breaking Yalta, and I firmly suspect that tensions would increase in the remainder of his fourth term.

I don't think you can fully avoid it. However, you can make the Cold War less intense, or maybe you could liberate more of Eastern Europe...

There would have been differences, but there would have been a Cold War. FDR might have been a little more influential, but with a war-weary America and an opportunistic USSR, it probably wouldn't have been enough to stop Mao in China. It might have been enough to make Mao's victory Pyrrhic, which may have made the USSR either give up the ship on China and made the regime short-lived or force the Soviet hand on China and sink it into a quagmire. Either way, China won't be able to muster enough of a defense of NK long-term and it may hasten the USSR's demise of force its influence inward.

The Soviets still turn against the Yalta agreement and refuse to hold elections in eastern Europe. Roosevelt probably tells the Soviets about the Manhattan Project before the war in Europe ends.

The Americans still give aid to Turkey and Greece to fight communists. The Marshall Plan still comes. The Berlin Airlift I'm not sure will happen.

Cold War is inevitable. A Republican probably becomes president in 1948, Thomas Dewey and stays in office until 1957.
