If Czech didn't annexed by Germany, but joined WWII as a collaborate nation

Well Germans needed Czech industry. So even if they were collaborating “independent” nation their factories would be mostly in hands of Germans and most of what would they manufacture would go to German army.

As an example look on Czechoslovak factories in Slovakia. They were manufacturing artillery, small arms and ammunition mostly for Germans.

So very likely Czechs would be left with what they started with plus leftovers.

And of course OTL Hitler dismissed even offer from Czech collaborants to form expeditional unit to fight alongside Germans in Soviet Union.
