If America called itself "Columbia", what would OTL Colombia call itself?

So, I really like the idea of the US calling itself Columbia, since it not only averts the issue of America giving itself the name of the continent(s) , but it's something that doesn't restrict itself to one region, like how Appalachia would. However, I don't have any idea what Colombia would call itself, since the name is taken. Besides New Granada, the original name of the colony that would become Colombia, what name would the new nation adopt if it's already taken?
Edit: be creative, New Granada was their original name. If they changed it in OTL, why would they not change it, in this ATL.

Why not Colombia? There's no rule that two countries can't have similar/the same name. For example, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Republic of the Congo.

Yeah, but that feels lazy. They did rename themselves in the first place, so I would think whatever the new name is, it won't be that.
They could call themselves Gran Colombia, although that could be seen as a challenge to Columbia.

Cundinmarca maybe? It was briefly used for the region 1820 - 1824, comes from a native name for the Colombian highland region. I think New Grenada is the most likely option though.

New Granada, Confederation-Federation later Republic Granadina and Dorado(for the Local Legend of The Dorado, the Golden City and colombia old gold mines and treasures) are good names(talka true colombian here) so depend...

Take the contemporary fashion for antique names and Latinize/classicize El Dorado as Aurelia or the Aurelian Republic. La República Aureliana -the Golden Republic- has a nice ring to it.

They could do what the Mexicans did and name their country after the capital, Bogota. The capital itself would be referred to as "Bogota City".
